Dance Improvisation is about awareness of one’s body, mind, emotion and motion and movement in space and with partners and materials. It is a complete and full world of exploration of one's creativity through movement and dance. We will celebrate the wisdom and beauty of our bodies (at any age) while practicing the art of creating spontaneous dances that exist only for the moment that we make them.
